Saturday, August 30, 2008, will be part of Labor Weekend and it will be
the day of our end of the summer party. Plays starts at 1:00PM as usual,
and with the barbeque grill firing up around 4:00.
The featured cuisine will include
hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers, donated salads, and soda. If the
weather is nice we can take the chairs outside and enjoyed the scenery
while dining.
It's also Potluck for deserts and salads. So if you have a salad are desert
you could share, it would be much appreicated.
With the main Portland club closed that day, we should have a nice group
of visitors from out-of-town.
From a table tennis point of view, this is the place to be, and you're
definitely not going to want to miss this.
